The hotel offers 101 well-furnished rooms, 7 of which are doubles and 2 are single-bedded superior rooms, all south facing. Additionally, there are 3 spacious superior double family rooms, all inland facing. All superior rooms are equipped with bottled water and upgraded toiletries. Please note, there are a limited number of non-smoking rooms and although the hotel tries to meet your requirements, it can not guarantee availability. The far reaching views of the sea and Beachy Head are breathtaking.

By Plane: Gatwick Airport is 40 miles from the hotel. London Heathrow Airport is 60 miles from the hotel. By Train: Eastbourne station is 1 mile from the hotel.
Area information The Congress Theatre is 100 metres from the hotel, and the Winter Gardens, Devonshire Park Theatre and grounds are just a 3 or 4 minute walk away. The theatres offer spectacular productions, backed up by 2 cinemas and entertainment on the 300 metre-long pier. There is a wealth of picturesque villages in the surrounding areas, and Kent and Sussex boast glorious gardens, vineyards and historic homes, all waiting to be explored. The cosmopolitan city of Brighton - 30 km. Tunbridge Wells - 40 km.
