Sea Beach House Hotel is just yards away from the beach and offers some fantastic views of the promenade. It is located 200 yards east of the pier and within easy reach of the town centre and theatres.

Food & Beverages

All our prices include breakfast. A small menu is available for room service. We offer a 3-course evening menu at competitive prices (please book in advance).

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. There is a tea garden if guests wish to smoke outside. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
