Every room has been designed to perfection with the following superb in-room facilities: - Flat screen TVs with 16 free view channels - Hypnos luxury beds - High pressure showers - Security locks and bedroom “spy holes” - 24 hour room service. As a welcome, a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of white or red wine will be offered upon check in.

The Chakra spa and fitness centre offers 5 treatment rooms with a wide range of treatments available, all with the use of Elemis products. Also available is the fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a heated indoor swimming pool, spa pool sauna and steam rooms.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:30. Dinner is served from 18:30 until 21:30.

Cancellation policy is 4.00pm the day before arrival.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 9.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
