Please note prices quoted are for room only. B&b and dinner quotes can be supplied, email direct for details. A credit card is required as a guarantee. Bookings for 2 or more rooms for 2 nights or more, require a 25% non-refundable deposit and a minimum of 10 days notice of cancellation. If the booking is not cancelled within the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Pets are allowed if this is agreed with the management prior to arrival. Guests will be liable for any expenses incurred during their stay either by their use or misuse of facilities.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 7.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
