Visit the Centro Oberhausen shopping centre, the Küppersmühle gallery, and the Duisburg-Nord landscape park (a former steelworks which has been converted into a cultural centre with light shows and open-air stages). You can go jogging along the river, just 500 metres from the hotel. Within a few minutes’ drive are also facilities for water-skiing, ice-skating, tennis, diving and golf.
