The newly refurbished Conservatory Restaurant offers a relaxing, informal place to enjoy an array of dishes from across the world from its a la carte menu. Every Friday and Saturday night, as well as Sunday lunch times, the restaurant offers a very popular 3-course Carvery option. The Lounge Bar is stylish and cosmopolitan, catering for people who enjoy quality drinks and cuisine, at great prices in a contemporary environment.

Full payment is requested on arrival. For any special requirements such as disabled rooms or late arrivals, the hotel must be notified on the date of booking. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are welcome but please notify the hotel on the day of booking.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free Private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
