Cusack’s restaurant at the Mercer Hotel is a relaxing restaurant with a sophisticated dècor. The emphasis at Cusack’s is good food at a great price. The resident chef’s menu relies on the freshest seasonal produce and is skilfully preparation to satisfy almost all tastes. With a contemporary but warm wood décor, complemented by a variety of innovative menus, it creates the perfect atmosphere for good food and conversation all at extremely competitive prices for city centre dining. Cusack’s also serves a wide variety of drinks to cater for all moods; from new and old world wines to speciality coffees. These complement the mouth-watering uncomplicated food to suit all palates. It is the perfect location for beverages, food and banter in comfortable and friendly surroundings – you won't want to leave! Opening times: Breakfast: 07:30 - 10:00. Lunch: 12:30 - 14:30. Early bird: 18:30 - 19:00. Dinner 18:00 - 21:30 (closed Sundays).
