The hotel offers the most up to date facilities within a truly luxurious setting. Facilities are of the highest quality and international standards. The hotel offers a complete conference centre, comprised of the magnificently restored O'Connell Hall, the spacious Parnell Room, the pavilion styled Tara Room and 3 meeting rooms.

Food & Beverages

Raffles Bar at The Best Western Royal Dublin Hotel offers guests a number of options when it comes to enjoying fine dining, wine or a relaxing drink. The choices range from the elegant atmosphere of the restaurant to the more casual, informal Raffle's Bar. Carvery menu is available Monday to Friday 12:30 to 14:00 and a bar menu from 14:30 to 21:30. Café Royale Brassiere offers both table d’hote Menu and a la carte menus, excellent cuisine served in warm and elegant surroundings. This cosmopolitan restaurant serves all types of food from hearty Irish breakfasts, to a full à la carte selection, available all day, together with many vegetarian options and an impressive international wine list. Traditional Irish Breakfast is served in the restaurant or in your room. Opening Times: Monday to Friday 07:00 till 10:30 Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 07:30 to 10:30 The restaurant is open for dinner Friday and Saturday.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
