Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel for a fee. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after making your reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation email.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 30.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 150.00 per 24 hours.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 145.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child under 11 years is charged AED 240.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
