Payment should be made in cash or by credit card upon check-in, where the full amount of the whole stay will be charged. The hotel accepts travellers cheques, US dollars and UK pounds. They do not accept personal cheques. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 25.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 75.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 75.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged AED 120.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
