We have a variety of special cuisines. The famous Qaser-Al-Bahr restaurant is an ideal place to taste true Emirates traditional cuisine - available for lunch and dinner. Gardenia Restaurant offers international cuisine 24 hours a day. Ni Hau Chinese restaurant is well-known for its ambience.

Transfers to or from Dubai International Airport can be arranged with the hotel for a fee of AED 100.00 per car per way. The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only). - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs AED 40.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
