Being a family hotel, Al Jawhara Gardens does not allow guests to consume or even bring alcohol onto the hotel premises. The hotel provides guests with complimentary airport transfers, provided that 24 hours advance notice has been given. The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only). - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 2.80 per minute.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 114.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs AED 40.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
