Please note that your reservation is only guaranteed when a 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is transferred to the hotel’s bank account. Bank account details will be provided to you by the villa hostess once your reservation has been made. Airport transfers can be provided; please give the guest house 48 hours advance notice. Charges apply. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after your reservation is made. Please contact the hotel via phone or email (details provided in your confirmation).

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  10 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 11 years is charged AED 184.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged AED 367.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
