We have contemporary, elegant and well-equipped rooms with the latest technology including sophisticated interactive TV systems featuring movies and music on demand and game console. We have enhanced our already exceptional hospitality by placing a laptop in each studio/apartment for the use of our guests, free of charge.

Guests can enjoy delicious international and innovative cuisine at the trendy, all-day restaurant La Mode. Alternatively, the roof-top lounge, Roof Garden Cafe, is the perfect spot to stop by for a quick coffee and a snack or unwind with a drink and smoke traditional sheesha.

Airport transfers is available for an additional fee. The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only) - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 36.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 96.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs AED 36.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 65.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 180.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
