The Oasis Beach Tower comprises a selection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments that are all spacious, luxurious and fully serviced.

Hotel details

A minimum stay requirement of 2 nights is required for all apartment types.

Guests should be advised that some of the apartments within the Oasis Beach Tower face the site of the recently closed Oasis Beach Hotel. The Oasis Beach Hotel is currently undergoing a demolition process, with the whole hotel building and its annexes being removed. Demolition of the plot is expected to be complete by late January 2009. Guests of the Oasis Beach Tower may still visit the public beach area which is approximately a 10 minute walk away.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of AED 1500 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs AED 65.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
