Best Western Hotel Central

In 1909 the original Hotel Central was located here, very much appreciated, and was managed by the parents of world-famous sculptor Jacques Lipschitz. Best Western Hotel Central is located in the old part of the spa town Druskininkai, valued throughout, where the excellent position, cosy environment and privacy of the small hotel offer excellent conditions. In 2007, highly regarded, after complete restoration of the building, Best Western Hotel Central was restored, along with its name, back in to a hotel. Later the building was used as the city health centre. Meeting halls may be rented together with the complex of sauna and massaging baths. There are two meeting halls, which is 12 to 25 people, equipped with up-to-date conference equipment necessary for meetings and seminars.

The two-storey hotel has elegant, modern and light, double and single air conditioned rooms. The solid oak wood furniture, natural materials and reproductions of M.K. Čiurlionis paintings create a special atmosphere in the rooms.

Hotel details

The central spa and the massage parlour are open every day from 08:00 to 11:00. The sauna, the steam bath, the Jacuzzi and the "after bath" tea in the relaxation room are free of charge every day from 12:00 until 21:00. Please reserve spa services and massages one day in advance.

Area information The hotel is situated in the Old Town of this resort, next to the medical centres, a water amusement park, a pedestrian avenue, the M. K. Čiurlionis’ museum, a conference centre, outdoor tennis courts, the city beach and pedestrian and cycling paths. The main healing factors of the Druskininkai resort, which have already been known for over 200 years, are the mineral waters similar to those of Baden-Baden (Germany), one of the best curing muds in Europe, and a perfect micro-climate.
