Soon to open - Our 5-star apartment hotel "Altes Dresden" and the 4-star apartment hotel "Neumarkt" are situated right on the New Market Square in the historical city centre and near to the Church of Our Lady, which is Frauenkirche, . GRAND OPENING 5th June 2008!. All our comfortable apartments and suites offer a living and a sleeping area, and above all, a plasma TV, a full-equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine, and some have a direct view of the New Market and the Church of Our Lady, while others offer a balcony.

Apartment hotel "Altes Dresden": All apartments and suites have a direct view of New Market and the Church of Our Lady and are between 36 and 123 m² in size. They are luxuriously furnished and some of them have wheelchair access. Some are fitted with allergy-friendly parquet flooring, and a particular highlight is the 6-room maisonette suite with a conservatory and garden terrace. Apartment hotel "Neumarkt": These comfortably furnished apartments are between 40 m² und 100 m² in size.

Our reception desk is open from 07:00 till 23:00, for both aparthotels the arrival takes place at Aparthotel "Neumarkt". Our staff members gladly assist you in booking city tours, city walks as well as organizing tickets for concerts. Here you can also rent a bike.

Travel information By public transport: - From the airport to Hauptbahnhof Dresden (main railway station), take the S7 to the stop Pirnaischer Platz. - Cross Wilsdruffer Straße street bearing left. - Enter the Landhausstraße street and 250 metres on the right is the hotel.

All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
