All rooms enjoy a quiet location on a side street and are ideal for relaxing in after an eventful day. In the summer the sunscreen between the glass window panes ensures a cool temperature in the room.

There are 2 restaurants with a terrace, a cosy lobby bar and 8 event rooms for up to 150 people. You can use the sauna, steam room and fitness room free of charge. Massages, a solarium and a bicycle rental service are available for a surcharge. The apartment building is also home to shops, a supermarket, a hairdressing salon, and a launderette.

Food & Beverages

Begin the day from 06:30 until 10:00 with a hearty buffet breakfast in the Wintergarten restaurant. From 12:00 you can also have lunch there or at Residenz-Treff bistro, which serves regional and international specialities. If the weather is nice you can eat outside on both terraces. During the months of May and June as well as in September, October and December, weekly speciality buffets are offered every Friday evening.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 30 minutes.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 12.50 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
