Please note that the reception is only open until 19:00. Kindly contact the hotel at least 2 days in advance and indicate your estimated time of arrival. Arrivals after 19:00 are only possible by prior arrangement. Please note that payment is due in cash on arrival. By prior arrangement, you can also pay in advance by bank transfer. If you would like to have breakfast, please inform the hotel at least 1 day in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 2.50 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
