From the jetty, and above all, which is just 150 metres away, take a ferry trip down the Elbe to the romantic Saxonian Switzerland or the cathedral town of Meißen.

The Baroque Schloß Pillnitz was the former summer residence of the kings of Saxony. The Fliederhofstube, with adjacent terrace, is available for weddings and parties throughout the year. Pillnitz has much to offer in the way of cultural events, exhibitions and concerts.
