The opening hours are 06.30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays, and 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside those hours, please check that you have brought the credit card used to make the reservation.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
