Each one of rooms is individually designed and decorated with an appealing blend of traditional furnishings combined with the latest amenities. The beds are handmade wrought iron Queen Size beds which are exclusive to the hotel and the rooms are beautifully hand painted. Exquisite attention to detail can be found throughout the hotel with many items specially made for Ostraco suites. Suites are additionally furnished with a kitchenette while the Executive Suites are equipped with an outdoor heated Jacuzzi . In room facilities: Air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, music, TV, bathrooms either with hydro - massage cabins or bath tubs, hair dryer, beauty items. Moreover suites provide kitchenette facilities. The deluxe executive suites provide outdoor heated Jacuzzis.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 45.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
