Your wedding arrangements are the most important thing to Ramada Dover, which is why they will allocate a wedding coordinator to assist you in planning your special civil wedding day. In consultation with you, they will take care of as many, or as few, arrangements as you wish - from the wedding invitations to the photographer. The Ramada offers probably the most comprehensive wedding day facilities in the area and look forward to assisting you in creating the perfect day for the Bride and Groom.

Food & Beverages

The themed restaurant, Bleriot’s, reflects the historic landing of Louis Bleriot, the first man to fly across the English Channel from France on 25 July 1909. Soak up the atmosphere of Bleriot's for lunch or dinner with an exciting international menu. After dinner coffees can be taken in the Costas Coffee Lounge or in the Europa Bar. Our Bleriot's Restaurant offers an International a la Carte menu and a local table d'hote Menu. Every Friday it features the Indian Food Festival 'Bombay Nights' (additional cost. Buffet style. 2 courses).

Guide dogs are welcome at this hotel. The hotel has a non-smoking policy throughout.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 10.00 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
