Food & Beverages

Start your day with a plentiful breakfast, designed to energise you for a day of exploration. Choose from cooked English and continental, served from 07:00 - 08:30. If you require breakfast, please book it on arrival.

Please note that American Express cards are not accepted as a method of payment by the hotel. Please note for the comfort of all of our guests, although children over 4 are welcome, they, or extra persons cannot be accommodated as extra persons(of all ages)in the room. Additional Cancelation Information: A fixed amount of £10 GBP (cancellation fee) will be retained from your prepaid deposit the remainder refunded if cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival… No refund of your deposit if cancelled later or in case of no-show and remaining nights of booking cancelled… In the event of a declined transaction, the hotel will contact you by email. The remaining cost of the reservation will have to be paid on arrival. Access Statement: The front door is sited on the upper ground floor, via 16 natural stone steps with an average rise of 19 centimetres, a minimum tread of 28 centimetres, and with strong handrails at both sides. The front door has a raised sill of 16 centimetres. All bedrooms are upstairs, and there are another 16 steps (rise 20 centimetres; tread 26 centimetres) to the first floor. There are handrails on all stairways. The hotel does not have a lift. Heavy Luggage: The hotel does not have a facility for carrying luggage. The hotel is happy to care for heavy luggage downstairs and suggests an overnight bag for short stays.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 4 years are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
