Please note: all reservations must be secured with Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately, American Express and debit cards cannot be used to secure a reservation. Debit cards however can be accepted at the hotel for payment. Groups: Any bookings made for 5 rooms or more are subject to our group policy. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking. The balance of payment is required 10 working days prior to arrival. Please contact the hotel to arrange this and ensure that your bookings are secured. Should a deposit not be received your reservation may be cancelled.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 3.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
