Rooms

Al our rooms are provide with a balcony or terrace, shower, toilet, television, radio and telephone. All rooms are situated on the south or on the dune side. Rooms with sea view are on request only and when available. Extra charge: EUR 15 per room per night. All our rooms and our breakfast room are non-smoking. Roomtype B, Internet Special the Luxe, is the only room with possibilities for children to stay. The room is equiped with a bunk-bed. First child under 12 stays for free, second child under 12 costs EUR 25.00 per child per night inlcuding breakfast.

Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet is available on the 2nd floor, so you enjoy a relaxed start of the day with a magnificent view over sea, beach and dunes. Breakfast is available from 08:30 till 10:30. In the cosy café, with a terrace to the south, drinks are served from 09:00 until 23:00.

Children in the parents room are only possible in the Internet Special Deluxe Rooms.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 35.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  EUR 9.50 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
