Most of the 22 rooms and 5 hotel suites are beautifully located at a cosy patio A wonderful place to relax on the sunny terrace. Also a wonderfull relaxing place is the special decorated lounge,were you find a bookcase filled with nice books who you can use to read at the time of your stay All rooms have: -a private bathroom with a shower or bath and toilet -a colour TV-set with radio and alarm-clock function, telephone, minibar and several with an internet connection The hotel suites also have a sitting-room with a comfortable settee-bed which eventually can be used for two extra guests and: - a small but well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and electric cooker - a radio/CD-player

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 35.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.92 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 27.50 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
