Food & Beverages

The kitchen of Kasteel Doenrade focuses on the Mediterranean cuisine and especially on the local culinary tradition. The classical-modern interior of the restaurant has been recently renovated with care. The furniture is very comfortable - truly inviting for a nice and relaxing dinner. The big fireplace creates a special atmosphere. The tall windows make the room bright and offer a nice view of the terrace and the drive of the castle. Please book your table in the restaurant in advance by contacting the hotel. Opening hours restaurant: Monday to Friday 18:30 - 20:30 Saturday 12:00 - 20:30 Sunday 12:00 - 17:00

For the use of the bicycles and the tennis court a fee is required. Please contact the hotel for more details. Check in after 6 p.m. is only possible in consultation with the hotel. Please mention your estimated time of arrival on your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
