Renowned for being both comfortable and spacious, 2 rooms are also specially equipped for disabled guests, and 222 non-smoking rooms are available. The Holiday Inn Brussels Airport cannot accept more than 4 guests per room.

Conference and banqueting facilities feature 14 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 500 people. Wireless High Speed Internet @ccess is available throughout the entire hotel! Whether your visit is for business or pleasure the Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is the perfect venue. The Holiday Inn Brussels Airport offers 14 meeting rooms (including seven breakout rooms and one executive boardroom for up to 12 people) for up to 500 persons. All meeting rooms have natural daylight. Our main conference room is 440 square metres large and 4.80 metres high, allowing maximum flexibility for a variety of events such as car shows, product presentations, theme parties, seminars and much more. This room can also be subdivided into four rooms. All meeting rooms have modem connection possibilities. Audio-visual equipment is available for hire, and simultaneous translation equipment is available upon request. The Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is the only hotel at the airport with an indoor Swimming Pool, outdoor Tennis Courts and a large Health Club (complimentary for hotelguests).

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
