This hotel is opened in November 2007, valued throughout, this famous national monument is a luxurious designer hotel, uniquely located on the west side of the Ijssel River with a view of Deventer. Connected to the centre by a ferryboat, highly regarded, there are plenty of entertainment opportunities and useful amenities in the vicinity. All of the rooms will include an outlook over the city, and above all, whilst the refined restaurant with a terrace features beautiful views of the city and river. However the area provides a famous nature reserve to explore and a variety of towns to visit, very much appreciated, ensuring a satisfying stay. The city offers many cultural attractions and a long established history.

The modern restaurant, which is situated in the historical part of the hotel, offers the opportunity to experience the same impressive environment as outside through the use of natural material and colours. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the city Deventer and the Ijssel River, while you relax and enjoy your drink or meal on the terrace. The restaurant is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Lunch is served Monday through to Friday from 12:00 until 15:00 and dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:00. The restaurant is open on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 until 21:00 for lunch and dinner.

Area information Deventer resides an hour’s journey from Amsterdam and has a rich and captivating past that has known many peaks. Belonging to the Hanzen treaty it is one of the most well-known Hanze cities of the Netherlands, that is why Deventer has a good position in the trade market. Take a walk around and see all the historical buildings and streets. Nowadays Deventer is praised for its sociable historical centre with many shops, restaurants and places of entertainment. The surroundings are very attractive, proving popular with cyclists, lovers of nature and for the cultural attractions. The picturesque villages of Diepenveen, Schalkhaar, Lettele, Okkenbroek and Bathmen are nearby. Picturesque Apeldoorn with its royal connection and Hoge Veluwe National Park, the largest nature reserve in the Netherlands, are only a 15 minute car journey away. Travel information By Car: - From the A1 take the Twello junction 22 towards Wilp. - After 400 metres turn right onto the Fliertweg N791 towards Wilp. - After 225 metres turn left onto the Molenalle N791 towards Wilp. - After 1.6 km turn left onto the Rijksstraatweg N790 towards Deventer. - After 3.4 km go straight ahead at the crossroads towards Stenenkamer on the Twellose weg. - At the roundabout go straight ahead. - After 250 metres you will have reached the hotel.
