The hotel is situated in the southwestern part of Dessau, in Kochstedt. Our house comprises of 2 buildings in a quiet location with private parking. Motorbikes can be left free of charge in our garage. On request we offer the following services to group travellers: Barbeques, bonfires, dinners and festive buffets.

Address Königendorfer Str. 36 06847 Dessau		Travel information motorway A9, exit "Dessau-Sud". Turn left at the 2nd traffic light, after another 2 traffic lights turn left (signposted "Quellendorf-Kochstedt"), drive straight on to the hotel. motorway A9, exit "Dessau-Ost". After "Multbrucke" (bridge) drive left along the river "Mulde", always follow the street until signpost "Quellendorf-Kochstedt". Turn left and drive straight on to the hotel. From any point of the city drive to "Kochstedt" district, direction "Kothen B185" and "B184" (southwest) via "Mannheimer Strasse" and "Argenteuiler Strasse".
Area information Discover Bauhaus, Masters' Houses and Dessau-Worlitz Garden Realm (all UNESCO World Heritage Sites) or biosphere reserve "Mittelelbe".

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
