The city centre hotel offers a selection of 55 tastefully decorated rooms, all equipped with a variety of modern facilities. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and may require the use of portable beds. Legacy Hotels offer 100% non-smoking status in all managed hotels within the group.

With a number of self-contained private function rooms, the hotel can cater for upwards of 200 people, depending on your requirements.

Payment Information: A GBP 2.95 administration charge will be made by Legacy Aston Court Hotel per transaction to all payments made by credit card. There is no charge against debit card payments (e.g. Visa Debit and Maestro).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 8.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
