All of the guestrooms are ideal for a pleasant stay in Den Burg. All the rooms are en suite and are equipped with modern facilities. The beds are all box spring beds, which will hopefully ensure a good night's rest. In the rooms you can use the internet connection free of charge. Please request the adapter on the date of arrival.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast will be served from 09:00 to 10:30. On request it is also possible to have breakfast from 08.00. Breakfast can also be served in your room if you wish to stay in bed. Characteristic for De Smulpot is the melting pot of many local and foreign influences. Besides its own character you will also find details of other hotels and restaurants from all over the world. The result is an ambiance where everybody, young and old will feel at home. Whether its a cup of coffee or an extensive meal; it is all possible. It is also possible to make use of the quick ADSL internet connection at your table. Please request this at the time of making a reservation.

Please note that city tax will be charged for a maximum of 5 nights.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
