The hotel is open 24 hours a day; however if you arrive later than 19:00, you have to guarantee the booking with a credit card, otherwise the hotel will have to cancel you booking at 19:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
