The high-quality four-star Residentie Californië apartments are equipped for four people and have an open kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower, television, radio, CD player and video and two bedrooms, one of which has a television. The apartments also have a patio or balcony, and there is a lift in the complex.

Citytax will be charged with a maximum of 5 nights. Please note: prepayment policies will be sent by hotel after making your reservation.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
