If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. EUR 84.50 service charge per stay is not included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
