Food & Beverages

Breakfast: Breakfast buffet: 07:00 - 9:00 o'clock Continental Breakfast: 07:00 - 10:00 o'clock Dinner: A 3 course menu is served from 6 pm to 8 pm. Vegetarians and allergy sufferers are kindly asked to contact the hotel in time. The Clubhotel will adapt to your personal needs. Bar: Enjoy the evening in the hotel bar. You can choose between beer, wine, refreshing cocktails and hot mulled wine ("Glühwein").

Internet

Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs CHF 5.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CHF 12.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 5 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 65.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
