Our 94 guest rooms and suites feature an abundance of wood and a fine eye for detail. Choose between the romantic charm of the Stammhaus - the original hotel building - and the 60 spacious, family-friendly rooms in our new wing. All have a balcony or patio offering a fantastic view of Davos and the mountains. Internet access, safe, and baby phone (by request) are just a few of the standard features.

Hotel details

Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails begin right outside the hotel. In winter, the complimentary shuttle service takes you to the Jakobshorn and Parsenn funiculars. The newly styled 700 m² wellness area offers an indoor pool, a sauna, a solarium, a steam bath and a fitness centre. Families are especially welcome in our hotel. We offer extra-large family rooms, a childcare service, a playroom, a common room for teenagers, a mini golf course, a playground, and many other amenities for younger guests.

Food & Beverages

Restaurant Waldhuus Refined international cuisine with a Swiss touch is offered by our experienced chef, who places value on the use of fresh regional products. In our banquet halls "Stübli" and "Sertig" you can celebrate a birthday with up to 20 guests or a wedding with up to 100 guests. In summer the restaurant's specialities can also be enjoyed on the terrace enchanting with a splendid mountain view. Matta bar Relax in cosy armchairs in front of the crackling fire and spend pleasant hours with your favourite drink.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.

Public parking is possible on site and costs CHF 8.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 4.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
