The pool deck is fully screened to add a degree of privacy while protecting guests from insects and softening the sun's rays. The patio is also ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. Each home also features a garage, personal garden, and is fully furnished with comfortable amenities. All of the villas have spacious split family home designs to make it convenient for 2 families to share.

Pets are permitted for a fee. Please make pet reservations ahead of time. BBQ Grill rentals are available. Fees are applicable. Pool heat and gas heat for the home are available for an extra fee.

Food & Beverages

Fantastic Dinner Theatres such as Medieval Times, Arabian Nights, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, Pirates Dinner Adventure and Sleuths Mystery dinner shows are all within a short drive from the villas.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 100.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A fixed amount of USD 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  USD 65.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged USD 40.00 per stay for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
