The hotel features a recently remodelled conference centre, which easily accommodates up to 400 participants. Available at no charge are microphones, a public address system, stage and spot lights, and a podium. Available for hire are 16 mm sound movie projector, 35 mm slide projector and a tape recorder or CD player. The conference room is equipped with 3 booths for simultaneous translation.

Room service is available 24 hours at an additional cost (please note that only sandwiches and refreshments are available from 23:00 to 07:00).

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

American breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person. Half board costs EUR 7.50 per child under 12 years.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 3 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One further child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
