Rooms

At our hotel, we have more than 22 luxurious rooms, spacious double rooms of which half have two double beds. All the rooms have a balcony, bath/shower/wc, minibar, hairdryer, telephone and cable-TV with remote control.

Because we are a small hotel, we can cater for one's individual needs, especially with families and children.

Food & Beverages

We provide our guests with a filling and varied buffet breakfast. This is why our hotel Mathildenhöhe is one of the most desirable residences in Darmstadt.

Check-in is possible 24-hours a day. If the reception is not manned you can check in with our check-in machine. We would be much obliged if you inform us of your estimated arrival time.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 4.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
