Hotel details

We can offer you 4 different rooms (suitable for 10 - 150 persons) and customized arrangements for your conferences. Our technical equipment includes: overhead projector, screen, flipchart, TV and video, slide projector and video camera. We can arrange your private parties according to your specific wishes. You may dine à la carte, or we serve a complete menu or prepare a delicious buffet. We will be only too pleased to advise you!

Food & Beverages

Original Hessian specialities, fish and vegetarian as well as changing seasonal dishes provide an excellent supplement to the good plain German cooking, which we also offer. We recommend that you take a look at the excerpt of our menu "Original Hessian dishes". Owing to its special atmosphere the historic restaurant is very popular and well-known, even far beyond the town boundaries. In addition to the restaurant we can offer you 4 function rooms, which can comfortably accomodate 10 to 150 persons. These rooms can be used for meetings and conferences, but we can also arrange your private partys according to your specific wishes. (Further information) We also have special offers for groups, for example with Hessian specialities or a special "Goethe dish". Enjoy the cosy and peaceful atmosphere under the vine bower of our beer garden.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
