Front desk is open between 6:30am to 7:30pm. CHECK-IN HOURS: - on Mondays to Fridays: from 3:00pm to 7:00pm - on Saturdays and Sundays: from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. NO ARRIVAL POSSIBLE AFTER 9:00PM. IF YOU ARE PLANING TO ARRIVE LATER THAN THIS TIME, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS TO YOUR ROOM.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
