Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  12 % service charge per room per night is included.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two children from 4 to 10 years are charged USD 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two children from 10 to 14 years are charged USD 17.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
