How to find us: From the A57 (from Köln (Cologne)) / A46 (from Wuppertal) towards Düsseldorf. Exit Düsselforf/Wersten (B8) onto the Werstener Strasse. Turn right into “Auf’m Hennenkamp”, straight ahead on Kruppstrasse.

The Motel One Düsseldorf-City is just 800 metres from the central railway station. Düsseldorf’s historic city centre is 3 km from your doorstep. The exhibition grounds (9 km) and international airport (12 km) are within comfortable reach. The Philips Halle event venue is only 1.5 km away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
