Travel information

Coming from the A3 and A59 motorways, change to the A46 in the direction of Neuss. Coming from the A57 motorway, change to the A46 in the direction of Wuppertal. At the exit Düsseldorf-Eller, keep left and then turn left at the traffic lights. You will see a church on your left-hand side; the hotel is located directly behind it.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
