Hotel details

It takes just 10 minutes to arrive at the "Königsallee" shopping mile and the Old Town. The "Messe Düsseldorf" (exhibition grounds) can be reached quickly and easily (in 15 minutes) either by car or by public transport. You will find a bus stop right outside the front door.

Food & Beverages

End your day on the Rhine, on the sunny terrace of the floating restaurant "Bootshaus Bottke". Located directly opposite the hotel, here you can indulge in German dishes and a glass of wine or beer on the water. You will also find the Chinese restaurant "Mayflower" within the hotel. In the summer, you can enjoy your breakfast on the hotel's patio with a view of the Rhine.

Please note that our reception is only open until 22:00. If you would like to check in later than this please contact the hotel to acquire the code for the front door.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
