Hotel details

The layout of The Burn How is refreshingly different to most other hotels. In the main house you will find the reception area, The Burn How Restaurant and the residents’ lounge and bar, whereas all of the hotel’s bedrooms are located outside the main building within our private grounds.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 15 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
