The Tower of Hercules is the landmark of the city of A Coruña, although on occasions it is forced to share its fame with the fishemen´s houses, renowned for their galleries, and which have earned the city the nickname " the City of Glass".
Today, the ancient lighthouse is surrounded by the Celtic Park and open-air museum of sculpture.
The City Hall is located in María Pita Square, named after the city´s heroine. Nearby, The old City, with its beautiful churches, squares and parks, forms the city´s historic centre. Just a short distance away we find a castle, located on the tiny island of San Anton, witch today houses the local archaeological museum.

-Follow direction Coruña N-550 at the roundabout.
-Once you leave Vilaboa behind, you’ll see the shopping mall Alcampo to your left. Follow direction Lugo-Madrid N-VI further up to the right.
-Turn right, direction Burgo AC-21. You’ll see the hotel on your left (700 m away)
