Travel information Located on a98 halfway between Inverness and Aberdeen. From Aberdeen, follow a96 until Keith. Take turn off on right for Banff b9018. Approximately four miles down the road, follow signs on your left for Cullen. At the end of the road, turn left again through Cullen and our Hotel is on the left overlooking Cullen Bay. From Inverness, follow a98, pass Buckie for a further 13 kilometres and our hotel is on your right overlooking Cullen Bay.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. 5 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
